Over three decades and while maintaining a genuine respect for traditional methods, the Sails kitchen has earned a reputation for creating exceptional dishes using modern techniques that enhance the natural flavours. It is important that our guests are spoiled for choice, so our menu has a wide selection of enticing dishes.

Our Chef, Jeff Scott Foster from Europe, Michelin trained and dedicated to “Sustainability”, “Quality”, “Natural flavour ,  above anything else” “Real food”.

We are passionate to make sure that every guest that takes a seat in our home, will receive an excellent culinary experience, which comes straight from our hearts and souls. Our cuisine follows the trends of the modern day food styles with our ever evolving offering on the “Sails Live” menu, but also respects the classics with our “Essence of Sails” offering.
