You can’t compromise on either, but of the two the chef is definitely the most important. The chef not only creates perfect dishes; he or she sends them out every night at the same high standard and in a reasonable time.

Talbot Forest Cumin Gouda   Geraldine - sweet aromatic cumin seed followed by lingering cream and passion fruit flavours
